Today's Electric Car
September 25, 2006 | Tags: Jitsu!!!, Tesla Motors, documentary, electric car, movies, videoRecently, I watched the documentary "Who Killed the Electric Car?" I already knew about the electrics that had been produced, but the film really shed light on a lot of things kept from consumers. I highly recommend everyone find and buy a copy of the DVD.

While the topic is on electric cars, I figured I would mention today's Jitsu!!!, which showcases Tesla Motors. From Jitsu!!! (since it'll probably be a new site by the time you see it):
100% Electric, 0-60 in 4 seconds, and looks amazing!
How is that possible?
Tesla Motors Figured It Out...
The Tesla Roadster produces one-tenth of the pollution and is six times as efficient as the best sports car.
Here's what else they figured out:
- 250 miles per charge
- 135 mpg equivalent
- About $0.01 per mile
Even though most of us can't afford this type of vehicle at $100,000 (excluding taxes, title, etc.)... It's good to know it can be done. They're working very hard to make more options at more economical prices.
