INSTRUCTIONS:

Watch for little buttons to appear on the map to indicate that a person has Dugg a story.
The buttons are placed where the user resides on the map. When you put your mouse over a
button, it will display the user's name. When you click a button, it will display details
about the story, with links to check out the Digg page or go directly to the article.
